Suspension ends – boy was beaten by classmates until hospitalized

Date:

In Lower Austria, a boy from three classmates was allegedly beaten and injured in September. The alleged perpetrators have been suspended until October 5 and will return to school the next day. The FPÖ is now demanding immediate expulsion from school and taking responsibility for the education department.

It was the second attack within a year on the sports field of the Hague secondary school in the Amstetten district. Three Syrians allegedly attacked and brutally beat a classmate on September 14. The result: bruises and weeks of plaster on his wrist. The alleged perpetrators have been suspended. The fear that another attack could take place is great for the victim’s mother.

It is not yet clear whether the school will be evicted. It is clear that the suspended students will return to school on 6 October. Then you would look further, says the school.

The “Krone” asked the education department: In the case of an expulsion from school, the danger must be so serious that the referral is justified. The seriousness of the physical injury is always determined by a doctor, the seriousness of the misconduct is assessed by the school conference.

FPÖ demands tougher consequences
FPÖ district party chairman Edith Mühlberghuber and FPÖ state party chairman Udo Landbauer are calling for the perpetrators to be expelled from school immediately.
