Turbulent start to the working day for a newspaper deliverer in East Tyrol: the woman discovered a seriously injured man in St. Veit in Defereggen on Sunday morning, who had apparently fallen.
Shortly before six o’clock, the newspaper deliverer found the man at a bus stop. He had serious injuries – the woman called immediately.
How long was the injured person there?
The 56-year-old may have fallen on his bicycle on St. Veiter Landesstraße. It is currently unclear how long the seriously injured had been at the stop.
After first aid at the accident site, the local was taken with the rescue service to the district hospital in Lienz, where he was admitted as a patient.
