It’s getting expensive – for 184 children, the grace period for truancy is over

Date:

184 children and young people do not go to school in Upper Austria, while they should. The year before, after a year of learning legal at home, you failed the external exam or even started. It’s getting expensive now.

The patience of the authorities was long, but now it is broken. The district authorities have already issued the first criminal orders against the 184 children and young people who should be going to school but are kept at home by their parents. Most of these students – the parents are all fanatical critics of the Corona measures – come from the Gmunden/Vöcklabruck educational region.
