A 32-year-old suspected jeweler suspected of an act in the Slovak capital was arrested in Vienna on Wednesday evening. The Serb is said to have fled to Vienna on a scooter after the robbery worth 150,000 euros.
The agents of the Vienna State Criminal Investigation Service were in close contact with the Slovak authorities in the search for the suspect. They eventually arrested the 32-year-old on the street in Vienna-Donaustadt’s Ullreichgasse around 8:30 PM. According to the police, disposable gloves and watchware were attached, which the man was about to throw away.
With a gun and henchmen
The Slovak authorities are carrying out further investigations. The 32-year-old allegedly carried out the robbery at the Bratislava jewelry store with two other previously unknown accomplices and a firearm.
