According to the Ukrainian government, the blasts were caused by kamikaze drones – flying bombs that navigate autonomously to the target area. However, they are not made in Russia.
Monday morning in Kyiv. The sirens wail, the population retreats to the bomb shelters. Ukrainian soldiers stare at the sky and shoot in the air with assault rifles.
