11 years in prison for a 31-year-old woman from Upper Austria. The Welsh jury almost unanimously voted 7-1 in favor of attempted murder. The mother of two was arguing and drunk and then attacked her partner with a knife. The verdict is not final.
The impeccability of the accused and admitting that it was an attempt, as well as the provocation and previous behavior of their ex-partner were judged as soothing (35).
