A student from Mühlviertel has reported a young employee of a security company to the police: the 19-year-old groped her against her will on Sunday evening during the graduation ball in Freistadt. The management is now investigating suspected abuse.
The mood was great and the midnight interlude at the HAK/HTL Freistadt graduation ball on Sunday evening in the municipal exhibition hall was still going on. Apparently no longer sober, the 14-year-old student would have voluntarily gone behind the barricades to the outside of the hall with a Linz security officer (19) at this point. There were, the 14-year-old tells the police, sexual abuse against her will. The 19-year-old denies this and speaks of voluntary.
intimately touched
The girl accuses the young man of first feeling her buttocks over her clothes and then in her intimate area. “I don’t like it,” the student is said to have explained. Security then went back to the festival with her.
alcohol and cigarettes
According to witnesses, the girl’s behavior initially appeared completely unchanged, but later reported abuse. The young Mühlviertlerin with a migration background – she has had a boyfriend for two months – initially did not want to report the alleged abuse. Apparently because she would have been drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes that night and it was already past midnight.
Surveys are still running
On Sunday morning, the 14-year-old went to the police and filed a complaint. De Linzer is now under investigation for suspected abuse. But the investigations have only just begun.
allegations of rape
The alleged gang rape of a 16-year-old by four asylum seekers at Linz train station in March also caused a stir. It has not yet been possible to interview the mentally handicapped victim. The suspects have been released. And recently, a 19-year-old Syrian was acquitted of the charge of raping a Ukrainian woman (15) in Molln in May.
