It was just getting dark in the Eggenberg district of Graz: two young people (15 and 17) asked a 14-year-old to meet them on Thursday. When the boy arrived at the agreed meeting point, the two lured him into the basement of an apartment building.
Wanted his vest and money?
First, the 17-year-old wanted his vest – otherwise he would get violent. When the boy complied with the request, that was not enough. The other 15-year-old boy also wanted his money, otherwise he would kill him. So he obeyed that order too.
Witness called police
A witness called the police after hearing the altercation. When the officers arrived, the perpetrators had disappeared, but the victim was being questioned. The search was negative, but the two perpetrators – thanks to information from the 14-year-old – are known to the authorities.
