The StA Wels has filed a report of a mother (36) against a company doctor of the BH Wels-Land on suspicion of negligent physical injury. As reported, the doctor allegedly vaccinated the 10-year-old student during a vaccination campaign against human papillomaviruses (HPV) in MS 1 in Marchtrenk on Oct. 4, even though his mother Darinka D. had explicitly checked “No” on the statement of consent.
