A man opened fire at a Texas hospital, killing two employees. District Judge Clay Jenkins said the crime occurred near the district home on Saturday morning (local time). The gunman was shot and arrested by police.
The hospital, run by the United Methodist Church, said it was “heartbroken” at the loss of two beloved team members. “We are grateful for the support of the community during this difficult time.”
Patients and employees were no longer in danger after the attack. Police are now investigating how the tragic incident could have happened.
