An 18-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and robbed late in the afternoon in a toilet block in Praterstern, Vienna.
According to police spokeswoman Irina Steirer, the woman entered the toilet with several young people. There, sexual acts took place against the will of the 18-year-old with one of the strangers.
According to those involved, two people stood in front of the toilet and made sure no one came. A fourth ran away from the crime and apparently wanted nothing to do with it.
While leaving, one of the guards snatched the 18-year-old’s handbag. The assailants fled and the woman filed a complaint. The Central East Department of the National Criminal Investigation Department took over the investigation.
