According to the Active Population Survey, the unemployment rate is 8.29% in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa and 8.99% in the Comunidad Foral.

The Active Population Survey published Thursday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) places the unemployment rate at 8.29% in Euskadi, and seven tenths more, in the 8.99%in the Foral community.
In the Spanish state as a whole, unemployment rose by 60,800 people to 2,980,200 in the third quarter, while employment increased by 77,700 people to 20,545,700.
