Just reached the age of criminal liability and already on trial in the Salzburg Regional Court. Two young people, aged 14 and 15 respectively, are already refining their criminal careers: the prosecutor’s office accuses the two young suspects of a series of offenses between the end of January and the beginning of July during the trial on Tuesday in the Salzburg court.
It concerns theft, burglary, material damage and personal injury. According to the indictment, they smashed a window at Europark and tried to steal wine and money there. They smashed the side windows of cars and took money and valuables with them. They even helped themselves at the checkout of a hotel.

And the duo also broke into the Salzburg outdoor swimming pool “Lepi” and the kiosk there on June 30, causing about 20,000 euros in damage. On the same day, they beat up a homeless man and seriously injured him – the main allegation in the criminal proceedings.
Judge Thomas Tovilo-Moik sent both to prison: 15 months in prison each. The older one who has already been convicted has to serve the entire sentence, the younger only two months.
