On Thursday morning, a driver in Carinthia was stunned when he suddenly heard cat noises coming from the engine compartment.
He then immediately called the ARBÖ test center in Klagenfurt. “It turned out that the kitten was already on board unnoticed when the driver was on his way to work from Wolfsberg to Klagenfurt,” reports Peter Pegrin, Country Manager ARBÖ. “He covered a good 60 kilometers on the autobahn.”
Kitten was unharmed
So it was no wonder that the young cat was completely scared and could not be freed by the driver himself. “Our breakdown driver Christopher, who also recently rescued a rabbit, was able to free the kitten unharmed,” Peter Pegrin reassures.
