The police in Wörgl in the Tyrolean district of Kufstein are looking for a car thief! Apparently the perpetrator caused an accident shortly after his coup. It is unclear whether the driver was injured.
The thief struck between 10:30 PM and 1:10 AM. “He stole a car from an underground parking garage in an apartment building in Wörgl that was not registered for traffic,” investigators say. During the search, officers eventually found the vehicle.
Stolen license plate also discovered
The car thief probably caused a collision with the vehicle. “The car had serious damage to the front of the steering wheel,” the company said. Not far from the scene of the accident, police also found a stolen license plate. The extent of the material damage has not yet been determined.
