In Vienna-Margareten, an unknown man passed a woman on his bicycle on Tuesday morning and touched her intimate area. A short time later, he turned around on his bicycle and gave chase to the victim.
He tried to sexually harass the woman again and also tried to steal her mobile phone, according to police. The woman fought back and a scuffle ensued between the two. The suspect punched the woman several times and took off with the phone.
