The tables in the Bootshaus restaurant in Traunkirchen (Upper Austria) are already set for the evening. Preparations are being made in the kitchen for the many courses that will soon be served. Brussels sprouts are cleaned, a sauce is simmering. Culinary fans have to wait three to four months in summer to take a seat in the restaurant with four chef’s hats at the Seehotel Das Traunsee. “We also have a waiting list,” says Lukas Nagl.
