The footage of the accident was immediately shared on social networks and shows how several fire engines are deployed by the airport and one of them gets in the way of the plane and hits a wing.

The company that manages Lima’s airport expressed its solidarity with the families of the victims, with whom it has made itself available, explaining that it is investigating to find out the causes of the accident. The airport of the Peruvian capital had to shut down for several hours.
