Insider reports: – The Kremlin is already planning a second wave of mobilization

Date:

By calling up 300,000 reservists, Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to secure the front against recapture by Ukraine. So far, however, the plan is not going quite as the Kremlin had in mind – a second mobilization could be needed soon, according to insider information. Hundreds of thousands of Russians are likely to be hit again.

With the announcement of the partial mobilization, Russia was faced with a huge flight of young men. Few Russians seem willing to join Putin in the war of aggression against Ukraine. All those who did enlist in the military appear to be struggling with training difficulties and inadequate equipment.

In addition, Russian losses at the front are likely to be immense – Ukraine recently reported hundreds of Russian soldiers killed or wounded per day. In addition, there are always more territorial gains in the east of the country, which Russia has to give up again.

Breaking news from the Kremlin
Now there is growing evidence that Russia still does not want to back down, but rather wants to send more people to war. The online medium “Verstka” has now reported on a possible imminent second wave of mobilization in Russia. It’s based on a Kremlin insider. Something similar can be heard from the Ukrainian Ministry of the Interior – but so far there is no evidence of this.

Renewed chaos must be avoided
While Moscow continues to stress that it will no longer call up reservists, anonymous sources in the Russian parliament and presidential administration expect a further increase in troops around the turn of the year. This second wave should then be much better prepared than during the first call phase.

The chaos of the previous mobilization – call orders despite health complaints or leading people twice – should not be repeated.

Ukraine expects 700,000 additional soldiers
Figures are already circulating in Ukraine about how many men could be affected. For example, as the adviser to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry Anton Geraschtschenko explained via Twitter, there would be 500,000 to 700,000 people. “The 300,000 previously conscripted are already dead, wounded or demoralized,” he wrote on the short message service.

The Russians are also already “quite unhappy” with their authorities: “They can’t understand the losses in their acclaimed army,” Gerashchenko said.
