The Board of Directors of Orona has convened an extraordinary general meeting for next December 16, where “a proposal will be discussed and voted on so that Orona, as a cooperative, can continue its relationship with the Mondragon Corporationand regain its “full sovereignty”.
In a statement, the cooperative recalled that during the annual Mondragon Corporation conference, it had already “provided a alternative proposal in which he showed deep respect for the different collaborative experiences”.
