Three previously unknown perpetrators attacked a gambling establishment in Vogau (Styrian district of Leibnitz) on Tuesday evening. They managed to escape with a cash box and a large manhunt is underway. The perpetrators did not use a weapon in the robbery, but it is still unclear whether they are armed.
Shortly before midnight on Monday, a masked individual stormed a gambling cafe in Vogau in southern Styria, near the Slovenian border. There were three customers and a waitress in the restaurant at the time. The 57-year-old employee has been the victim of a robbery before and reacted confidently: she took the customers to a back room and locked herself in with them.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator emptied the cash register and handed over a cash box to a second perpetrator. A third perpetrator was waiting in front of the bar as a babysitter – or babysitter, because according to the police it could be a woman.
The three perpetrators fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, the police are looking for them.
Not a word spoken
According to previous research, the robbery took place without an altercation between the perpetrators and the employees and probably no weapons were used. The aggressive approach and the masking of the perpetrators should not leave any doubt.
According to the police’s first alert, the perpetrators were all between 15 and 25 years old and one of them could be a woman. All wore dark hooded jackets and sweatpants.
