The Salzburg police published photos from the video surveillance after the robbery of a tobacco shop in Salzburg-Lehen. Who knows this man or has seen him?
The robbery of a tobacco shop took place on Thursday around 5:40 p.m. in Scherzhauserfeldstraße in Salzburg-Lehen. A dark-dressed, masked man entered the tobacconist’s shop, threatened the 56-year-old clerk with a dark weapon (pistol-like object) and demanded cash be handed over saying “Cash here, but quick”. After the money was handed over, the unknown perpetrator fled.
An immediate search has so far been negative. No one was injured in the robbery. The exact damage is unknown at this time. The Salzburg State Criminal Investigation Department is conducting an investigation.
Perpetrator description:
The man is about six feet tall and was wearing a dark blue shirt, black shoes and black pants when he was robbed. He was also masked with a black balaclava and spoke German.
