Two masked perpetrators attacked and robbed a 21-year-old in his apartment in Bad Hall (Upper Austria) on Saturday evening. They then locked the victim in the bedroom and fled. The search has so far been fruitless.
The two perpetrators, masked in balaclavas and armed with telescopic batons, entered a ground-floor residential building at 9:30 p.m. in Bad Hall through a window and knocked on the door of the 21-year-old’s apartment.
This was only in the apartment and opened. The two masked perpetrators immediately pushed the victim back into the apartment and motioned for him to be quiet. A perpetrator demanded cash in dialect. The victim gave them his wallet.
Victim locked in bedroom
The perpetrators continued to brandish their telescopic batons and emphatically demanded more money. The robbers also forced the young man to hand over his mobile phone and also took a Playstation and controller. They eventually locked the victim in the bedroom and fled.

The 21-year-old, who was unharmed, made a device with extension cords and was able to knock on the window of his neighbor on the ground floor and get his attention. An intensive search turned up nothing.
