A 45-year-old man from the Linz-Land district got into an argument with a 52-year-old man from Linz in a nightclub in the Linz-Land district around 4 a.m. on Saturday, which also resulted in fistfights. When the police officers arrived, the two parties involved were found and questioned about the facts. The 45-year-old behaved defiantly and aggressively – despite repeated warnings to stop his aggressive behavior towards the intervening officers – whereupon he was arrested and taken to Leonding police station.

Police officers were already called to a bar in Linz around 10 p.m. on Friday because there would be problems with a man there. When the police arrived, the 23-year-old man from the Urfahr region behaved unwillingly and refused to cooperate with the identity check. He shouted at the police officers and gestured with his hands. After repeated warnings to stop his aggressive behavior, the arrest was finally made. The 23-year-old was taken to the police detention center in Linz.
