Strike day in Lidl supermarkets in Gipuzkoa called off, after reaching agreement

After reaching an agreement, the mobilizations planned for the Lidl supermarkets in the Bretxa of Donostia-San Sebastián and Eibar have also been suspended.

The works council member from supermarkets Gipuzkoa Lidl he has recalled the strike had announced for this Saturday, after reaching a Agree with the company, as reported by the LAB union.

The strike was called by the works council, consisting of LAB and ELA, to demand the wage increase and the reduction of workload.

After reaching an agreement, they also have mobilizations suspended which were planned before the Lidl supermarkets in the Bretxa of Donostia-San Sebastián and Eibar.

Lidl has 9 supermarkets in Gipuzkoa and 250 employees.

The LAB union demanded a wage increase in line with the CPI (6.5%) and a reduction in workload.
