A dozen representatives, including the prosecutor’s office and the Center for Protection against Violence, as well as their lawyers, waited in front of an apartment building. The arrested 50-year-old arrived around 9.30 am. Flanked by officials, she entered the apartment on the evening of November 23 where an argument with her partner had escalated.
As reported, the woman, who was heavily intoxicated at the time, grabbed a carving knife to attack the man. According to the police file, she allegedly attacked him with a kitchen knife.

When the attacker got even angrier, she grabbed a carving fork and stabbed her partner in the chest, the investigation found. Both suffered lacerations. The 50-year-old was treated in hospital, the man – miraculously – escaped with minor injuries.
