The mother of a 13-year-old has reported against a young person in Vienna-Leopoldstadt on Sunday. The 16-year-old Syrian is said to have raped the woman’s daughter.
According to the police, the 13-year-old confided to her mother on Sunday afternoon that she had been raped in an apartment on December 6 by an unknown boy. The management moved to the address of the suspect. There, the officials met the alleged perpetrator and a house search also took place.
Defendant denies allegations
The 16-year-old was taken by order of the public prosecutor’s office to the nearest police station for immediate questioning. The boy denies all allegations. He was arrested after questioning and taken to a detention center.
The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
