Police officers in Treffen (Carinthia) were able to obtain 5.5 kilos of cannabis herb and weapons and ammunition from a 43-year-old.
Detectives from the police command of the city of Villach found out about the man during the investigation. A day before Christmas Eve, the house of the unemployed man, who had already been convicted several times for drug offenses, was searched.
And the police officers were astounded, because during the search a cannabis plant worth about 65,000 euros was found. But the officers also found doping drugs such as testosterone and a loaded but unregistered gun and ammunition.
The 43-year-old was then immediately arrested. After the interrogation, the man was transferred to the prison of Klagenfurt on the order of the public prosecutor. Further investigations are ongoing.
