Five people, including a six-month-old baby, were injured in a traffic accident in Schnepfau in Vorarlberg on Sunday. Fortunately, they are all out of danger.
A 26-year-old woman from Bregenzerwald was driving her small truck, which also had a six-month-old baby, on the L200 from Mellau towards Au at around 10:50 am when she left Schnepfau. driving in front of her, in which two people were sitting, to overtake. However, she overlooked the car of an approaching Bregenzerwald (49) – a frontal collision was unavoidable, all three vehicles were involved.
The five people involved in the accident suffered undetermined injuries and all had to be admitted to Bregenz state hospital. The good news: everyone was responsive and conscious at the time. During the rescue and recovery work, the L200 was closed to all traffic for about an hour and a half.
