Three workers, who happened to be repairing a burst water pipe in the immediate vicinity of the house, raised the alarm. But that’s not all: they boldly jumped over the fence and looked to see if anyone was still in the house. They were able to discover the 92-year-old resident and rescue the woman from the burning kitchen through a window.
Heavy smoke from all windows
