EL BOE today published the amendment that frees employees from presenting their sick leave on paper to their company. Moreover, with this adjustment, the employee does not even have to report sick to his company.

The Official Gazette (BOE) published this Thursday the Royal Decree approved last week by the Spanish government which amends this particular requirement in the management and control of temporary disability processes.
