The 55-year-old Tyrolean would have operated the site on the Internet. After extensive investigation, the man was found and arrested. According to law enforcement agencies, the content of the site clearly falls under the Prohibition Act. As authorities announced on Thursday, the arrest took place on December 27 on the orders of Innsbruck’s public prosecutor.
The suspect is currently being held in Innsbruck prison. He found out thanks to a tip from the public. This had come in through the NS registration office of the DSN. On the Canary Island of La Gomera, “advertising leaflets” for a website with National Socialist content were supposedly distributed.

The operator could not be clearly assigned at first. Close examinations finally led the researchers to the 55-year-old. He has already been convicted of relevant crimes. Data carriers, documents and items related to the Nazis were seized during a house search.
