Two experts from the bureau of the Upper Austrian state government were sent by the BH Wels-Land to investigate the causes. During the on-site investigations, no increased concentrations of the leaked substance could be detected in a new measurement. The lock was lifted around 4:20 PM. Two employees of the municipality of Marchtrenk were taken to the Wels Grieskirchen clinic with a mild sore throat.
