The missile called ‘Sarmat’ could hit targets all over Europe and even parts of the United States.
The Russian Armed Forces have claimed this Wednesday to successfully de intercontinental ballistic missile ‘Sarmat’called to be an important part of Moscow’s arsenal and with the capacity to achieve goals across Europe and even the territory of the United States.
The Ministry of Defense has reported that the ‘Sarmat’ was launched at 15:12 (local time) from a cosmodrome in the Arkhangel region of northwestern Russia. The projectile successfully completed all stages, according to the official version, collected by the Interfax news agency.
Once the test phase is completed, the ‘Sarmat’ will become part of the Strategic Missile Forces and in fact the first regiment responsible for its possible use is already being trained in Krasnoyarsk. The radius of range is estimated between 17,000 and 18,000 kilometers
