Mother angry – toilet ban! The three-year-old had to go bankrupt

Date:

A three-year-old was visiting a toy store in Salzburg with his mother. Suddenly he felt an all too human need. He was not allowed to go to the toilet.

“A madness! So that’s how a toy store treats children.” Heike Janko is shocked – and pissed off! Together with her son (3) and her granddaughter of the same age, she visited the “Smyths Toys” branch near the Salzburg airport on Thursday. But the joint purchase turned out completely differently than planned.

“I must, I must, I must!”
The family had been in the business for a while when Janko’s son Noah suddenly had to go to the toilet urgently. “He hasn’t needed a diaper for over six months. He’s very proud of that,” says his mother. She asked an employee for help – and couldn’t believe her ears. “The deputy branch manager explained to me that I had to look for a public toilet and was very rude,” Janko is shocked. Her son began to cry and complain, “I must, I must, I must!”

All the begging was in vain, after a heated argument, the Salzburger left the store with the two three-year-olds. But it was too late: “My son had already wet his pants big and small.”

Angry mother ended up in outlet mall
With two crying children in tow, the Salzburg woman took a blanket from her car and went to the public toilet at the outlet center a few minutes’ walk away. “I had to clean Noah, throw away his clothes and wrap him in the blanket. Then it went back into the freezing cold,” says Janko.

“Unfortunately we don’t have a customer toilet”
“Smyths Toys” itself confirmed the incident at the request of “Krone”. “As we do not have customer toilets in our Wals branch, our employee directed the customer to the nearest public toilet,” it says. This is only a two minute walk. The customer then loudly and furiously left the store.
