As big as 50 sports fields! This is how much land Salzburg farmers lose each year. Five Pinzgauers have contacted the prosecution for corruption.
“We investigated. It soon became clear that we were not the only victims in the region.” Marlene Rainer of Mittersill hopes that many more Pinzgauers will join her and she contacted the Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (WKStA).

Rainer makes serious accusations about selling her father’s farm, the “Krone” reports. It is now owned by a builder. Chalets are currently being built on the site. “He’s a fake farmer,” Mittersillerin is sure. The authorities should therefore never, ever have approved the purchase.
Four other Pinzgauers have already joined the WKStA – as has the Salzburg SPÖ. If it is up to those involved, other farmers should follow. Because: In the federal state of Salzburg, agricultural areas of up to 50 football fields are currently cultivated every year.
