The Russian Ministry of Defense has a “intentional” attack by the Ukrainian army against a medical center in the Moscow-controlled area of the eastern region of Lugansk, leaving at least 14 dead and 24 injured.
According to the ministry, the Ukrainian attack was carried out on this Saturdayaround 07:30 local time, with a multiple launch rocket platform (HIMARS) against a hospital in the city novaidar.
The attack left “at least 14 dead and 24 injured of varying severity among hospital patients and medical staff,” the note said, in which the ministry reiterated that the position and activity of the hospital were known and they were detailed as a civilian infrastructure.
