This is something new: the Upper Austrian police are not looking for the perpetrators in Gallneukirchen and Linz after robberies. But after at least two victims.
In Kirchdorf an der Krems, a 15-year-old shot a woman in the face with a gas pressure pistol and pulled the trigger several more times. Now that he has been caught, his conscience apparently has a hold on him and he has made a confession. He confessed to two other robberies that have not yet been reported. Now the police are looking for the victims.
Four perpetrators
The first attack is said to have taken place two to four months ago in Gallneukirchen. And the 15-year-old was not alone. With three accomplices, he allegedly attacked a 14-17-year-old teenager in the market square, near a local cafe. The perpetrators had stolen the wallet and were shopping with the victim’s debit card.
Question about cigarette
And this January this year, a 25 to 30-year-old night owl is said to have fallen victim to a bar in the old town of Linz around 2 a.m. He came out of the bar and was begged for money and cigarettes by two teenagers, including the 15-year-old. Money was then stolen from the victim’s wallet.
Victims of these crimes can contact the Kirchdorf an der Krems Police on 059133-4120.
