“I am a holy warrior” – an unemployed person (28) threatened to run amok in the AMS

Because his unemployment benefits were stopped, a 28-year-old in Krems completely panicked. He described himself as a “warrior of God” and threatened to go on a killing spree.

A few days ago in the late morning there was great excitement in the center of Krems: Amok raised the alarm in the AMS! The police moved to the building on Südtirolerplatz with several patrol cars. There, an employee called 911.

No application submitted
Shortly before, he had to inform a 28-year-old that his unemployment benefits would be stopped. The reason for this measure: the unemployed person had not submitted an application despite repeated requests. However, this announcement apparently knocked all the stops for the person concerned. He was a “warrior of God,” he shouted to his supervisor. It was only shortly afterwards that a shooting threatened at the employment office.

The alarmed executives managed to arrest the enraged man in the building. He offered no resistance. The 28-year-old is no stranger to people in uniform, having been convicted several times. He was taken to prison.
