First the former washroom of an uninhabited house burned down, then the carnival wagon of the local rural youth went up in flames. On Sunday night, a parked car suddenly caught fire in a garage. Memories of the years 2012 and 2018 are awakened in the Tyrolean municipality of Kundl. Once again the fear of a fire devil is circulating. The fire sequence remained unexplained at the time.
Around 3:30 am, the residents of a house in Kundl were rudely awakened on Sunday night: thick smoke and flames rose in their garage. A parked car caught fire for unknown reasons.
Fire investigations are ongoing
The alarmed fire brigade came to the scene with six vehicles and 45 men and, by acting quickly at the last minute, was able to prevent the house from spreading to the house. During the extinguishing work, however, the outer facade had to be opened and cooled. Fortunately no one was injured. The police fire detectives have started their work.
