A 25-year-old Iraqi and his brother met a 24-year-old Lebanese man early Sunday morning in a parking lot on Zeltweg. Presumably to buy or sell drugs. The man from Lebanon suddenly stabbed him with a knife. The 25-year-old himself went to the hospital, where life-threatening injuries were found.
At around 4 a.m., the two Iraqi brothers (25, 27) met the 24-year-old Lebanese in a parking lot in front of the apartment building. According to the police, the three men should be classified in the addictive environment.
“The reason for the meeting may have been an impending purchase or sale of narcotics,” said the police press service. A dispute arose between the three involved, with the Lebanese threatening the brothers.
Multiple deep wounds
The 24-year-old suddenly took a knife from his coat pocket and started attacking the brothers. He caught the 25-year-old on the arm and suffered a gash. The 25-year-old then tried to take his gun from the stabbing, but failed. He got so close to the 24-year-old that he gave the Iraqi several stitches in the upper hip area near the abdomen.

The 27-year-old tried to help his brother, but was immediately attacked by the opponent with a knife. However, due to his enormous coat, he was unharmed.
The brothers independently went to the LKH Judenburg. According to the treating doctors, the 25-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries and underwent emergency surgery. The police arrested the Lebanese in his apartment. He is being held in Leoben Prison.
