A traffic accident involving six cars took place on the Rheintalautobahn (Vorarlberg) on Saturday afternoon. Four people were injured in the rear-end collision.
On Saturday afternoon around 4 p.m. a rear-end collision took place on the Rheintalautobahn in the direction of Tyrol. The first driver had to brake hard due to traffic and just managed not to hit the driver in front of him. The five cars behind him all collided with the car in front of them. Four people were injured and taken to hospitals in Dornbirn, Feldkirch and Hohenems.

The backlog reached as far as Dornbirn. Gaffers also caused a not inconsiderable tailback in the oncoming lane. The fire service cleaned the scene of the accident, the towing service checked the demolished car.
