Someone probably drank too much: a 34-year-old Tyrolean lost control of the wheel on Sunday night in Wattens (Innsbruck-Land district) and crashed into the entrance gate of an industrial building. The suspected driver of the accident was drunk.
The accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. The 34-year-old resident was driving his car in the Wattens municipality when he suddenly went off the road and crashed into the entrance gate.

The man was apparently unharmed. “An alcohol mat test carried out was positive and indicated significant alcohol consumption,” the police said in a broadcast. When questioned by “Krone”, the driver was said to have been drinking more than two per thousand.
But that’s not all: the Tyrolean doesn’t even have a driver’s license. Appropriate notifications will be made upon completion of the investigations.
