“Enough!” Eight months ago nurse Snezana A. (49) reportedly got the fright of her life. Her nose was messed up at a “beauty institute” near Vienna’s St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

In January, the police even intervened on suspicion of quackery. Since the procedure was not cunning, lawyer Dr. Alfred Boran compensation for pain and suffering of 43,000 euros. But no one from the institute has so far responded to these court demands – not even the doctor in charge.
Apparently, the “beauty salon for everyone” hopes to simply sit out the financial problem. As if the institute and the employees at the most beautiful location had never existed. But the wheels of the law are grinding – albeit a little slowly: Meanwhile, the Vienna commercial court has issued three “default judgments in the name of the Republic” against the Iranian doctor.
