On February 20, an employee of a bank branch in Vienna-Liesing was attacked by an unknown man. There is still no sign of the robber. The police have since released a photo of the perpetrator and are asking for information.
Armed with a black pistol, the unknown perpetrator stormed the bank branch, threatened the employee and demanded cash. After the employee had handed over all the money from the cash register to the stranger, he fled.
Fortunately, there were no customers and no other employees in the branch. The employee was not injured in the incident. Since then, the search for the unknown has been in full swing. However, so far without success.
Personal description:
Male, around 25 years old, 1.70 m tall, normal build, black full beard, language: German without recognizable accent. In addition, the suspect would have had a plastic bag and a revolver with him.
The police ask that relevant information be passed on, also anonymously, to the Vienna Criminal Investigation Department at 01-31310-33800.
