Use of animals – runaway horses secured by the public order office

Date:

You don’t experience that every day. A team from the public order office in Klagenfurt met on Wednesday morning during a control drive near Kreuzbergl, in the Klagenfurt-St. Martin, on three stray horses. Fortunately, law enforcement officer Wiltrud Wiegele knew what to do.

Law enforcement is unlikely to forget this mission any time soon. After all, you don’t see horses without an owner on the street every day. Fortunately, law enforcement officers were able to secure the three horses. “They even got dog leashes because the horses didn’t have halters on,” says the city of Klagenfurt. Then the police were called, who advised the radio announcement. It turned out that the horses had already come a long way. Because the animals had escaped from Gut Hallegg, which they were desperately looking for.

The animals may have walked over the Falkenberg to St. Martin. Fortunately, law enforcement officers encountered the horses before they could hit the road. Until the owners arrived, the horses were lovingly cared for by law enforcement officers. In this way, the adventurous ungulates could be safely returned to their own stables.
