Threatened friend – Debt collected with stun gun

Date:

A 25-year-old threatened his friend in Lower Austria with a prohibited weapon. He wanted his money back and just wanted to scare him, he stated during the trial. The unskilled worker has now been sentenced to six months in prison by the St. Pölten Regional Court for dangerous threats and offenses under the Weapons Act!

“Let’s talk like normal people,” he called to his friend. But what is considered ‘normal’ entertainment for one, in this case falls under the heading of a dangerous threat. After a friend hesitated to pay a debt to a 25-year-old, the Macedonian in Tulln pulled out a stun gun disguised as a flashlight. But only to explosively emphasize his “request”. The thoroughly exciting message, however, did not have the desired effect, because his counterpart fled fearfully in the tense atmosphere.

Now the repeat offender had to answer to the court in St. Pölten. And not for the first time. Just a few months ago, the 25-year-old was convicted of an almost identical incident. Likewise this time. Since a stun gun is a prohibited weapon, the worker was sentenced to six months in prison.
