In the case of Luise (12), who was allegedly killed by friends, more details about the incredibly brutal bloody act have now come to light. The 12- and 13-year-old suspects would have planned the attack well in advance. The younger of the two is said to have stabbed 75 times.
Luise’s funeral service did not take place until Wednesday at the Evangelical Church in her hometown of Freudenberg in Siegerland. Only close family and friends took part, police made sure the mourners were undisturbed. For everyone else who wanted to say goodbye to Luise, the funeral service was broadcast as an audio stream in the auditorium of the school where the victim – and the suspected girls – had last attended.
The deed should not have taken place completely unprepared, as “Focus online” learned from “well-informed circles”. One of the girls who confessed to having disclosed before the crime that she was not under the age of criminal responsibility – the investigators found the relevant documents on the 12-year-old suspect. Under the Penal Code, young offenders under the age of 14 are not guilty. With this investigation, the girls apparently wanted to make sure they got away with it.
Choking with a plastic bag didn’t work
Another nasty detail about the act: after the two girls lured Luise into the woods, they allegedly first tried to suffocate their victim with a plastic bag – it was found at the crime scene. When this failed, the older of the two detained Luise and stabbed the twelve-year-old. In total, the forensic pathologists found 75 knife wounds, “Focus online” reports. After the attack, the seriously injured girl was pushed off a slope from the bicycle path, where she bled to death.
The motive for the crime is said to have been hurt feelings: Luise is said to have slandered in advance about the figure of one of the two girls – however, it is unknown whether this is on social media or during the school holidays.
The main suspect remains in child and adolescent psychiatry
What should happen to the two confessors has yet to be left open. In any case, the main suspect must continue to live in a child and adolescent psychiatric institution.
