A multi-convicted Viennese (20) was on the right track as a waiter at the world-famous hotel in Vienna’s inner city – but the resolutions were not long in coming. The young man is back in court.
The first suspect is no stranger to convicting Daniela Heinrich. The 20-year-old has multiple criminal records and has had a gun ban since September 2020.
Hope for drug therapy
Edwin (name changed) was actually on the mend. He had completed drug therapy and drastically changed his living environment: “My client did an internship as a waiter in the Hotel Sacher,” reports lawyer Rudolf Mayer.
The future waiter denies the robbery
The luxury didn’t last long. In January, he moved from the world-famous hotel in central Vienna to custody. According to the prosecutor, Edwin robbed the dealer’s apartment with a friend in Krems (Lower Austria) when buying drugs – and brandished a machete. “Mrs. Rat, I don’t even know what I was doing there,” says the man in the striped shirt. He denies stealing anything from the apartment or having a knife in his hand.
If „Extra” a serious traffic accident
The suspect only confessed to the traffic accident, which he caused at too high a speed and in which several people were injured, some of them seriously. Adjourned to hear more witnesses.
