Since September last year, the police have been looking for an unknown person who allegedly stole from a 92-year-old in a hospital in Vienna-Hietzing. The officials have now published a wanted photo of the suspect and are asking for more information.
According to the police, on the night of September 26, 2022, the wanted person allegedly stole the 92-year-old pensioner’s wallet from a hospital room while she was sleeping. The loot: cash and a debit card with which money was withdrawn several times shortly after the theft.
Looking for clues
This resulted in damage in the lower four-digit range. The Viennese police ask for more information and publish a wanted photo of the suspect.
